Naked Skin provides professional medical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to: laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, facial treatments, microneedling, and other cosmetic procedures. All services are provided by trained and certified practitioners.
Services are provided on an appointment-only basis. All treatments require an initial consultation to assess suitability and expected outcomes.

Individual Results Vary: Results from aesthetic treatments vary significantly from person to person based on factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, genetics, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Before-and-after photos, testimonials, and treatment descriptions represent potential outcomes but do not guarantee specific results for any individual.
Not a Substitute for Medical Care: Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns or medical conditions, consult with a licensed physician before undergoing any aesthetic treatment.
Risk Acknowledgment: All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These will be discussed during your consultation. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge understanding these risks.

4. Appointments and Cancellations
All services are provided by appointment only. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments if we determine a treatment is not suitable for a client's specific circumstances or if professional standards cannot be maintained.
5. Payment and Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified during booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted during your consultation will be honored for treatment packages purchased at that time.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information during consultation
- Disclose any medications, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect treatment
- Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Ask questions and communicate concerns before, during, and after treatment

8. Photography and Marketing

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naked Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
